- Begin by diffusing daily. Fill with water to the line and add a couple drops of oil, the diffuser will shut off once empty. Also don't forget to diffuser at night. Keeping an extra diffuser on the nightstand allows the oils to work their magic as you sleep.
- Smelling the therapeutic oils directly from the bottle and applying to the bottoms of the feet is also very effective. Don't be afraid to experiment and discover what works for you.
